Powered by the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture, with a GeForce RTX 5080 GPU and 16GB of GDDR7 memory, it pairs an enthusiast-grade power delivery design with a four-fan cooling system and a striking all-white finish.

For enthusiasts seeking greater performance headroom, OC Mode delivers a boost clock of up to 2,805 MHz at a 400W power target. Gaming Mode offers a 2,655 MHz boost clock at 360W, balancing performance with a more restrained acoustic profile for everyday gaming. Both modes can be selected via the physical Dual BIOS switch.

Balancing precision with visual distinction, HOF brings its performance-driven philosophy to life through a design defined by refined details and a bold, racing-inspired character. On the front, the crystals form a precise, balanced arrangement, while the backplate draws inspiration from the light trails of a racing car, capturing a sense of motion even at a standstill. Completing the look, Aurora MAX ARGB lighting extends along the side edge, bringing the design to life whether the system is in action or on display.

Behind HOF’s striking design lies an equally uncompromising approach to thermal engineering. Three 102 mm fans on the front work alongside a 92 mm fan integrated into the backplate, creating a four-fan cooling system designed to dissipate heat from both sides of the card. Beneath the front fans, a vapor chamber and eight white-finished heat pipes work together to move heat away from critical components.

Beyond that, Honeywell PTM7950 phase-change thermal material sits between the GPU and cold plate, helping maintain effective heat transfer under sustained loads. The result is a cooling design engineered to support stable temperatures and clock speeds through extended gaming sessions and demanding workloads.

Every element of the GeForce RTX 5080 HOF Extreme is engineered in pursuit of the highest performance. It’s HOF-exclusive custom PCB and outstanding 20+4 phase power delivery design provide a stable foundation for sustained gaming, demanding creative workloads and enthusiast overclocking.

The integrated eFuse (electronic fuse) feature acts as an intelligent safeguard across the power path. By detecting abnormal current, voltage and surges before they reach the GPU, memory and power delivery circuitry, it helps protect the card’s core components from damage.

A hallmark HOF feature returns: Hyper Boost raises fan speed to maximum at the press of a button for immediate additional cooling headroom. It is off by default, indicated by the button’s own LED, and the button itself has been redesigned smaller for better clearance in tight cases.

HOF PANEL brings the card’s controls into one interface: real-time GPU, memory and fan monitoring, saved and recalled profiles, ARGB control, a one-click overclock and deeper frequency and power control when needed, with selectable interface language. Lighting can be synchronized with a compatible motherboard over the supplied 5V ARGB cable, controlled independently in HOF PANEL, or managed through Windows Dynamic Lighting using the GALAX lamp-array driver available from the GALAX website.

The dual-position 12V-2×6 power-connection design gives builders more freedom to route cables according to their case and display preference. Alongside a conventional top-facing connection, a concealed alternative supports cleaner cable management and a more discreet, hidden-cable PC build. A magnetic decorative power-connector cover completes the presentation.
